满足大学生心理需求的校史育人教育路径

University History Education Method Satisfying University Students'Psychological Demand

“立德树人”是高校的立身之本,校史因其特殊的文化内涵在高校“立德树人”方面发挥着重要的育人作用。首先提出高校在实现校史“立德树人”功能方面存在的问题;其次对当代以“95后”“00”后为主体的大学生群体鲜明的心理特点和需求进行分析;最后在校史宣传平台、校史传播方式、校史宣传思维三个方面提出了以大学生心理为导向研究校史育人的新路径,以期真正实现校史在“立德树人”“文化育人”方面的作用。

"Building morality and cultivating people"is the foundation of universities.Because of its special cultural connotation,school history plays an important role in cultivating students.Firstly,the problems existing in the realization of“building morality and cultivating people”function of university history are pointed out.Secondly,the paper analyzes the distinctive psychological characteristics and needs of university students who are mainly after the"95s"and"00s".In the end,this paper puts forward a new way to study the education of school history which is oriented by the psychology of university students from three aspects:the propaganda platform of school history,the communication mode of school history,and the propaganda thinking of school history,in order to realize the function of school history in"cultivating people with morality"and"educating people with culture".
