摘要
随着对气候变化研究的重视以及极端天气的增多,历史气象观测记录档案的需求与作用凸显。从20世纪70年代末至今,气象部门投入大量人力、物力和财力,历史气象观测记录档案的数字化取得了可喜成果。本文回顾了天津气象观测记录档案数字化的各个阶段、产生的数字化产品、档案数字化成果的应用,并对下一步工作进行了展望。
With the emphasis on climate change research and the increase of extreme weather,the demand and role of historical meteorological observation archives have been highlighted.Since the end of 1970s,meteorological departments have invested a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources,and made remarkable achievements in the digitization of historical meteorological observation archives.This paper reviews the various stages of the digitization,the digital products and the application of digital archives of meteorological observation archives in Tianjin,and then looks forward to the future work.
