摘要
本文梳理国内高校图书馆向社会开放的历程和现状,分析高校图书馆社会服务的职能和向社会开放的必要性,提出高校图书馆应积极参与公共文化服务,结合自身特点进行“适度开放”。
This paper combs through the process and current situation of the opening of university libraries to the society,analyzes the functions of university libraries'social services and the necessity of opening up to the society,and puts forward that university libraries should actively participate in the public cultural services and"moderately open"in combination with their own characteristics.
