“破”与“立”:乡村振兴背景下资源型乡村分化与治理转型探究 ——以神垕镇清水涧村为例

"Breaking"and"Standing":Exploration on the Differentiations and Governance Transformation of Resource-based Villages under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Take Qingshui Village of Shenhou Town as an Example

随着改革的推进和农村社会的发展,农村出现了明显的内部分化,其以经济利益为主要分化基础并扩散至职业、经济、权力等多个方面,这种状况在资源型村庄内尤为明显,对乡村秩序维系和基层村庄治理产生了极大影响。本文通过对资源型乡村内部职业、经济和权力结构的分化现状以及村庄“多元型”“合作型”“有限型”治理模式的实践进行探究,梳理了村庄内部分化“破”的现状与村庄治理“立”的转型尝试之间的互动逻辑关系,进而分析资源型村庄的治理变迁和内部的治理创新机制。

With the development of reform and rural society,rural areas appear obvious differentiations.The differentiations take economic benefits as the main basis and spread to the occupation,economy,power and other aspects.This situation is especially obvious in resource-based villages,which has a great impact on the maintenance of rural order and grass-roots village governance.In this paper based on the differentiation status in internal careers,economy and power structure of the village,explored the practice of village governance model as"pluralism""cooperative""limited",combed the logical relationship between the"breaking"of differentiation with the"standing"of transformation in village governance.Then analyzed the governance transition and internal governance innovation mechanism of resource-based villages.
