信阳市车云山茶园土壤碳氮含量及其化学计量特征 被引量:1

摘要 为阐明信阳市车云山茶园土壤的碳(C)、氮(N)营养元素状况及生态化学计量特征,对该区土壤进行了采样并测定其总有机碳(C)、总氮(N)、铵态氮以及C∶N等指标值,并利用回归拟合方法分析了各指标之间的耦合关系。结果表明:研究区土壤的总C、总N及铵态氮平均含量分别为31.790 g/kg,1.660 g/kg和0.113 g/kg,土壤营养状况良好;C∶N平均值为18.889,且其与总N、铵态氮之间具有显著的拟合关系,表明研究区土壤养分主要受N素制约。研究结果可为车云山茶园生态系统健康发展提供依据。 In order to clarify the soil carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)nutrient contents and its ecological stoichiometric ratio of tea garden of Cheyunshan Mountains,Xinyang City,we obtained the soil samples and measured their total organic carbon(C),total nitrogen(N),ammonium nitrogen and calculated the C:N ratio.Meanwhile,we also used the method of regression analysis to discuss their coupling relationships.The results showed that the average content of total C,total N and ammonium nitrogen in our study area were 31.790 g/.kg,1.660 g/.kg and 0.113 g/.kg respectively,which indicated the soil nutrition was well.The average value of C:N ratio was 18.889,and it had a significant fitting relationship with total N and ammonium nitrogen,indicating that the soil nutrient in study area was mainly restricted by N element.These findings could provide a basis for healthy development for the tea garden ecosystems in Cheyunshan Mountains.
