摘要
比较水质分析中酶底物法、纸片快速法这两种不同方法对总大肠菌群的检测效果。对2个有证标准样品(3100 MPN/L和3700 MPN/L)进行检测,考察上述两种方法的准确度;对低(400 MPN/L)、中(1.0×104 MPN/L)、高(3.0×106 MPN/L)3个细菌总数浓度样品进行检测,考察两种方法的适用性。结果表明:酶底物法的准确度更高;酶底物法适用于低中浓度细菌水样,纸片快速法适用于高浓度细菌水样。可根据实验准确度要求和不同水质污染程度选取合适的方法,以满足水质分析要求。
In order to compare the detection effect of enzyme substrate method and rapid paper strip method on total coliform bacteria in water quality analysis,the accuracy of two certified reference samples(3100 MPN/L and 3700 MPN/L)was tested;Low(400 MPN/L),medium(1.0×104 MPN/L)and high concentration(3.0×106 MPN/L)bacterial water samples were used to compare the applicability of two different methods.The results showed that the enzyme substrate method was more accurate;the enzyme substrate method was suitable for low and medium concentration bacterial water samples,and the rapid paper strip method was suitable for high concentration bacterial water samples.Therefore the laboratory can select the appropriate method according to the requirements of experimental accuracy and the different water quality pollution degree to meet the test production requirements.
