农业企业经理人报酬契约研究

摘要 农业企业是农业现代化建设的中流砥柱,科学合理的经理人报酬契约有助于提升农业企业管理效率、提振绩效产出。基于委托代理模型,剖析农业企业高级经理人报酬影响因素,提出管理才能、努力效率较高且具有风险承担态度的经理人应获得更高报酬的建议,以期为农业企业完善经理人报酬契约制定提供有益参考。 Agricultural enterprises are the mainstay of agricultural modernization construction.Scientific and reasonable manager compensation contract is helpful to improve the management efficiency and boost the performance output of agricultural enterprises.Based on the principal-agent model,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the remuneration of senior managers in agricultural enterprises,and puts forward Suggestions that managers with management ability,high effort efficiency and attitude to take risks should get higher remuneration,so as to provide useful reference for agricultural enterprises to perfect the formulation of manager remuneration contract.
