PCR技术在猪肉中微生物检测的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文在明确PCR技术主要内容与微生物检测原理的基础上,从沙氏门菌检测、大肠杆菌检测、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检测以及金色葡萄球菌检测方面入手,阐述了猪肉微生物检测中PCR技术的具体应用。
