椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的手术护理配合体会

Experience of Surgical Nursing Cooperation of Intervertebral Foramen Microspectomy

目的:探讨椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的护理配合方法和应用效果。方法:本次研究对象共60例,均选自我院2018年1月~2019年12月接受椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗的患者,所有患者的基本临床资料齐全,在全面了解患者病情情况的前提下,按照事先规划好的手术方案进行治疗。按照临床护理方式的不同应用,将其分组展开实验。对照组患者共30例,按照以往常规手术护理模式,给予患者饮食指导、体位干预等护理服务。另外30例患者归为观察组,采用优化后的手术护理配合方案,为患者提供优质护理服务。结果:从两组患者护理满意度、术后不良症状的发生率两项观察指标的比较上来看,观察组患者的护理效果较好,指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理的实施,丰富了椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者的临床护理内容,整个护理体系更具合理性和科学性,提高了手术护理中医护人员之间的配合力度,确保了手术治疗工作的顺利完成。

Objective:To explore the method and effect of nursing cooperation in discectomy under intervertebral foramina.Methods:A total of 60 patients were selected from our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.The basic clinical data of all patients were complete,follow A preplanned surgical procedure.According to the different application of clinical nursing,the experiment was carried out in groups.In the control group,30 patients were given nursing services such as Diet Guidance and body position intervention according to the usual nursing mode.The other 30 patients were divided into the observation group and the optimized Operation Nursing Scheme was adopted to provide high quality nursing service for the patients.Results:From the two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction,the incidence of adverse symptoms after the two observation index comparison,the Observation Group of patients with better nursing effect,the difference was statistically significant(P&Lt;0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing has enriched the clinical nursing contents of patients undergoing discectomy under intervertebral foramen mirror,the whole nursing system is more reasonable and scientific,and the cooperation among medical and nursing staff in operation nursing has been enhanced,to ensure the smooth completion of surgical treatment.
