文化自信背景下,草原文化“走出去”的创新途径探析

A Study on the Innovative Ways of the Prairie Culture“Going Global”under the Background of Cultural Confidence

文化自信是一个民族、一个国家以及一个政党对自身文化价值的充分肯定和积极践行,并对其文化的生命力持有的坚定信心。习近平曾在多个场合提到文化自信,传递出他的文化理念和文化观。我们有着博大精深的优秀传统文化,草原文化无疑是中华文化中的瑰宝。本论文主要基于习近平文化自信理论,对内蒙古地区草原文化传承与传播现状及存在的问题进行调查,分析译介及翻译人才的素养对内蒙古草原文化“走出去”的影响。最后,从对外译介和翻译人才的角度提出传承草原文化的创新途径。

Cultural confidence is the complete affirmation and active practice to their own cultural value of a people,a nation,and a party,holding a firm confidence to their cultural vitality.President Xi mentioned cultural confidence more than once in different situations,and meanwhile that has shown his cultural idea and cultural value.We China has brilliant and gorgeous traditional cultures,and without any doubt the prairie culture is one of the treasures among them.Mainly based on Xi Jinping’s theory of cultural self-confidence,this paper investigates the status quo and existing problems of the inheritance and dissemination of prairie culture in Inner Mongolia,and analyzes the influence of translation talents on the“Going Global”of prairie culture in Inner Mongolia.Finally,it puts forward certain effective innovative ways to the inheritance of the prairie culture.
