Research on the Application Innovation of 1+X Certificate System Pilot——Take Logistics Management Professional Skill Certificate as an Example

1+X证书制度在2019年试行以来,掀起了育训结合和校企协同的风暴,提高了社会对职业教育的重视程度,加大了高素质技术技能型人才培养的创新研究。本研究以物流管理职业技能等级证书考试试点为例,通过对职业技能培训点建设、人才培养模式和考核点建设进行了机制和模式创新,拟对同类型职业院校开展职业培训提供借鉴。

Since the trial implementation of 1+X certificate system in 2019,the storm of combination of education and training and school enterprise cooperation has been raised,the social attention to vocational education has been increased,and the innovative research on the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents has been increased.This study takes the logistics management vocational skill level certificate test pilot as an example,through the construction of vocational skill training point,talent training mode and assessment point construction mechanism and mode innovation,to provide reference for vocational training in the same type of vocational colleges.
