基于嵌入性理论的高校党建工作与创新创业教育协同育人的路径探析

On the Path of Collaborative Education of Party Construction Work and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities Based on Embeddedness Theory

高校党建工作与创新创业教育共同负担着培养社会主义合格建设者的共同使命和培养创新型人才的共同目标,两者的协同育人机制已成为高校思政工作的新方向。本文引入嵌入性理论,将高校党建工作视为嵌入主体,创新创业教育视为嵌入客体,探索高校党建工作嵌入创新创业教育的有效路径,为高校党建工作与创新创业教育协同育人提供理论参考。

Party construction and innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities have common mission of training qualified builders of socialism and the common goal of training innovative talents.And both of their cooperative education mechanism has become a new direction of ideological and political work in universities.This paper introduces the theory of embeddedness,and regards the work of Party construction in universities as embedded subject,and the education of innovation and entrepreneurship as the embedded object,so as to explore the effective path of embedding innovation and entrepreneurship education in the Party construction work of universities and provide theoretical reference for the collaborative education of the Party construction and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
