随着我国教育事业繁荣发展,高校建设数量不断扩增。当代大学生需要具备丰富的科学文化知识,具有高尚的道德情操,新时代赋予高校三全育人新的时代特征,三全育人指明了人才培养能力的核心主题,贯彻落实三全育人理念,是高校开展思政工作的必然要求,高校要遵循学生成长规律,围绕教书育人规律,实现三全育人。本文阐述了三全育人的基本内涵,指出高校三全育人中的问题,探讨高校关工委在三全育人中的作用,为高校实现三全育人,树立立德树人教育理念,为培养高素质人才提供教育指导。

With the prosperity and development of education in China,the number of colleges and universities has been expanding.Contemporary college students need to have a wealth of scientific and cultural knowledge,a noble moral sentiment,and the new era gives colleges and universities three new characteristics of the times.This article elaborates the basic connotation of Sanquan education,points out the problems of Sanquan education in colleges,discusses the role of the college work committee in Sanquan education,realizes Sanquan education for colleges,and establishes a moral education concept,to provide high-quality talents with education guidance.
