以人为本视域下大学生教育管理模式研究

Research on Student Education Management Model from the“People-oriented”Perspective

教育管理工作的开展指导并规范学生的各项学习行为,增加学生体系与教育管理体系的融合效率,为教育事业的发展提供方向。基于此,文章从“以人为本”理念为出发点,对“以人为本”的内涵意义进行论述,指出现阶段学校教育管理工作开展中的不足之处,并通过建立以学生为主的管理理念、加强柔性化管理的融入、提升管理人员素养、完善工作体系等,对学生教育管理模式进行研究。

The development of education management guides and standardizes students’various learning behaviors,increases the integration efficiency of the student system and the education management system,and provides a direction for the development of education.Based on this,the article starts from the“people-oriented”concept and discusses the connotation meaning of“people-oriented”.It points out the shortcomings of the current school education management,and studies the mode of student education management by establishing a student-oriented management concept,strengthening the integration of flexible management,improving the quality of managers,and improving the work system.
