在我党建设过程中,各个高校开展的基层党建工作已成为其重要组成,高校需要秉持积极创新、勇于改革的精神来对高校基层党建工作进行大力推进。现阶段,我国各个高校在开展基层党建工作过程中仍有一些问题亟待解决,高校必须要分析问题产生的原因,采取相应的对策来进行解决,这样才能更好地迎合新时期下的党建要求。为此,本文便对新时期下高校基层党建工作开展现状及发展方向进行探讨。
