现代学徒制背景下职业教育工匠精神的研究

A Study on Craftsman Spirit in Vocational Education under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制倡导校企共建师资队伍,拓宽技术技能型人才培养渠道,实现产教融合,推动职业教育人才培养向高质量发展。这与工匠精神所培育人才的理念不谋而合,由于自我实现、市场经济与国家发展的需要。本论文基于现代学徒制背景下探讨从转变观念、弘扬工匠精神,校企合作、培育工匠精神,依托技能竞赛、植入工匠精神三个方面,将工匠精神融入职业教育,培养具有职业道德、敬业精神、精益求精与甘于奉献的技术技能型人才。

The modern apprenticeship system advocates that schools and enterprises should work together to build a contingent of teachers and broaden the training channel of technical talents to realize the integration of production and teaching,promoting of vocational education personnel training to high-quality development.It coincides with the idea of talent nurtured by the craftsman spirit because of the need for self-realization,market economy and national development.Based on the background of modern apprenticeship system and from three aspects:changing the concept to carry forward the craftsman spirit;promoting school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate the craftsman spirit;relying on skill competitions to embed the craftsman spirit,this paper discusses the ways to integrate the craftsman spirit into vocational education,and cultivate the technical and skilled talents with professional ethics,professional dedication,excellence and dedication.
