高温膨胀蛭石粉末分散稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用球磨分散方法,以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和三油酸甘油酯(GTO)为分散剂,硬脂酸(SA)为改性剂,通过沉降试验RSH(Ratio Sediment Height)研究高温膨胀蛭石(TEV)粉末在甲苯∶乙醇=1∶1二元混合溶剂中的分散稳定性。结果表明,在不改性条件下,TBP分散效果优于GTO,当TBP用量1.5%时,球磨浆料7 d后RSH为85.2%;SA改性能有效提高TEV粉末的分散稳定性,且SA与GTO有一定的协同作用,能进一步提升浆料的分散效果,当SA用量为2.0%,GTO用量为1.5%时,TEV粉末浆料RSH可达86.4%。 The dispersion stability of thermal expanded vermiculite powder in toluene and ethanol mixed solvents(ratio=1∶1)was investigated using ball mill grinding with tributyl phosphate and three oleic acid glyceride as dispersant and stearic acid as modifier.The sedimentation test was introduced.The RSH(Ratio Sediment Height)results show that the dispersion behavior of TEV powder using TBP as dispersant is better than that of GTO without any modification,the RSH of TEV slurry is 85.2%after 7 d settling with 1.5%dosage of the TBP.The dispersion stability of TEV powder is improved by modification using stearic acid.The modified TEV powder dispersion stability is further improved using GTO as dispersant.The RSH of TEV powder after 7 d settling reachs 86.4%with 2.0%dosage of the stearic acid and 1.5%dosage of the GTO.
