摘要
本文研究了不同的热焖压力和时间对钢渣活性的影响和钢渣的不同掺量对水泥性能的影响。热焖工艺主要改善的是钢渣的膨胀性,熟料的7 d膨胀率为0.034%,未热焖的钢渣掺入15%和35%时膨胀率分别增加155.9%和311.8%,而1 MPa 1 h热焖后,相比于未热焖的情况,钢渣掺入15%和35%时分别降低77.0%、89.3%,钢渣掺量25%时,其3 d、7 d、28 d抗压强度分别增加8.0 MPa、3.6 MPa、2.7 MPa,分别提高21.1%、11.3%、6.1%。
In this paper,the effect of different heat simmering pressure and time on the activity of steel slag and the effect of different amounts of steel slag on the performance of cement were studied.The main improvement of the heat-simmering process is the expansion of the steel slag.The 7 d expansion rate of the clinker is 0.034%.When the unheated steel slag is mixed with 15%and 35%,the expansion rate increases by 155.9%and 311.8%,and 1 MPa for 1 h After heat-simmering,compared with the case without heat-simmering,when the 15%and 35%are mixed,the compressive strength increases by 77.0%and 89.3%.And when the steel slag content is 25%,the compressive strength of 3 d,7 d and 28 d increases by 8 MPa,3.6 MPa and 2.7 MPa,and increases by 21.1%,11.3%and 6.1%,respectively.
