食用菌企业参与产业扶贫中的经营困境形成及化解

Formation and solution of the operational difficulties of mushroom enterprises participating in the industrial poverty alleviation

食用菌产业在扶贫攻坚中的实效显著,但供给侧结构性调整背景下众多参与扶贫的食用菌企业却面临日益严重的经营困境。简述食用菌企业参与产业扶贫的背景及意义,从产业扶贫中规模扩张所引致的产品价格、生产成本、经营风险之变化以及产业扶贫贷款对企业的作用两个方面,分析食用菌产业扶贫中菌企经营困境的成因及其影响;提出产业扶贫的重点应转向以技能提升为导向的内涵式发展及扶贫贷款产品创新等相关解困建议。

The actual effect of poverty alleviation in edible mushroom industry is significant;however,under the background of the structural reform of supply-side,many edible mushroom enterprises participating in poverty alleviation are facing increasingly serious operational difficulties.This paper tries to analyze the relationship between the poverty alleviation of edible mushroom industry and the formation of enterprises’operational difficulties.Discussion is expanded from two respects:firstly,the changes of product price,production cost and operation risks,which are caused by the scale expansion in industrial poverty alleviation;and secondly,the role of industrial poverty alleviation loans to edible mushroom enterprises.This research suggests that the focus of industrial poverty alleviation should be shifted to the connotative development which is oriented by skill upgrading and poverty alleviation loan product innovation.
