摘要
采用日光温室大棚栽培羊肚菌,易调控"光、温、气、湿",避免羊肚菌生长发育受不良天气条件影响,易达到高产稳产,尤其适合北方地区。分析日光温室大棚菌菜轮作模式的特点,总结提出日光温室大棚的建造及土壤处理、菌种的选择与栽培种制备、播种时间、播种方式、外源营养袋的制作与摆放、催蕾与出菇期管理、采收与加工等技术经验。
The cultivation of Morchella spp.in greenhouse is convenient for light,temperature,air,humidity control,avoid the influence of bad weather conditions on the growth and development of Morchella.Therefore,it is favorable in obtaining a high and stable yield,especially in the northern region.The characteristics of rotation pattern of mushroom and vegetable in greenhouse is analyzed.The construction of greenhouse and soil treatment,selectionof strains and spawn preparation,season and method of spawning,production and placement of exogenous nutrient bags,inducement to primordium,management of fruiting body phase,harvesting and processing techniques are summarized.
