社区防灾手机App研究与开发

Research and Development of Community Disaster Prevention Mobile App

针对我国社区防灾减灾能力差、各类灾种缺乏统一协调管理等现状问题,在网络数字化平台发展迅速的当下,本文提出基于手机平台的社区防灾App的功能设计构想。该App兼具灾前预测防控、灾时指导救助、灾后新闻报道等功能,笔者将在文章中对App的各项内容进行详细的解释说明。本文旨在利用数字化平台,针对不同人群、不同灾害,及时有效地进行科学防控。

In view of the current poor community disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities in China,and the lack of unified coordination of various disaster management,in the current rapid development of digital network platforms,this paper proposes the functional design concept of community disaster prevention Apps based on mobile phone platforms.The App has the functions of prediction and control before the disaster,guidance and rescue during the disaster,news reports after the disaster,and so on.The contents of the App are explained in detail in the article.The purpose of this paper is to use digital platforms to carry out timely and effective scientific prevention and control of different disasters for different populations.
