Evolution and Prospect of Land Use Classification System in China

文本通过梳理我国现有土地利用分类体系,总结提炼了土地分类的5个发展历程:萌芽—探索—磨合—发展—全新。通过分析土地分类的演变特征规律及存在问题,立足于新形势下未来国土空间规划工作重点,从6个方面提出土地利用分类优化路径的思考和建议,以期为新时期自然资源管理工作提供理论依据和参考。

By combing the existing land use classification system in China,this paper summarizes and refines five development processes of land classification:germination-exploration-running-in-development-new stage.Combined with the evolution characteristics and existing problems,based on the future focus of land spatial planning in the new situation,this paper puts forward the thinking and suggestions of land use classification and optimization path from six aspects,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for natural resource management in the new era.
