摘要
既有建筑改造具有复杂性和多样性,文章对西安6区131栋既有居住建筑进行调查,研究其建造年代、品质、建筑层数、结构等对建筑能耗的差异化影响。结果表明,建造年代和建筑层数是影响既有居住建筑总能耗、围护结构各部分耗热量的重要因素,既有居住建筑节能改造应该根据建造年代和建筑层数的不同进有所侧重。
s:The transformation of the existing buildings is complicated and diversified.This paper investigates 131 existing residential buildings in 6 districts of Xi’an,and studies the different impact of construction age,quality,building floor number and structure on building energy consumption.The results show that the age of construction and the number of building floors are the important factors that affect the total energy consumption of the existing residential buildings and the heat consumption of each part of the envelope.
