高层建筑高度控制的方法论探究——以湘乡市东山新城为例

Research on Height Control Methods of High-Rise Building——A Case of Dongshan New Town in Xiangxiang

随着城市化进程的加快,为避免“千城一面”现象的出现,凸显城市风貌尤为重要,其中对建筑高度的控制是关键的一环。本文通过对湘乡市东山新城高层分布情况进行调研、梳理,在已有的城市建筑高度控制方法上进行优化,探索对湘乡市东山新城建筑高度有效的控制方法。

In the context of rapid urban development,in order to avoid the situation of“one thousand similar cities”,it is particularly important to highlight the urban style.The control of building height is a key link.This paper investigates and sorts out the distribution of high-rise buildings in Dongshan New Town in Xiangxiang,optimizes the existing height control methods of urban buildings,and explores effective control methods for Dongshan New Town in Xiangxiang.
