国内装配式建筑专利现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of China’s Prefabricated Building Patents

专利技术是反映一个国家、一个地区、一个领域技术发展竞争力与创新水平的最直观的要素之一。本文采用文献研究、专利计量分析方法、个案研究法,根据中华人民共和国国家知识产权局专利库检索到的装配式建筑相关专利数据,对国内装配式建筑申请变化趋势、专利高产机构分布、核心专利分布领域进行简要分析,有助于政府及行业企业、学术研究机构了解装配式建筑技术创新主体,识别装配式建筑研究热点与趋势,为区域装配式建筑技术发展策略提供参考。

Patented technology is one of the most intuitive elements reflecting the technological development competitiveness and innovation level of a country,a region and a field.This paper adopts literature review,patent metrology analysis method and case study method.According to the patent data of prefabricated buildings retrieved from the patent library of the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China,the trend of prefabricated building applications in China,the distribution of high-yield institutions,and the core distribution of patents are analyzed in brief.It will help governments,industry companies and academic research institutions to understand the main innovations in prefabricated building technology,identify hotspots and trends in the research of prefabricated buildings,and provide a reference for regional prefabricated building technology development strategies.
