浅谈院校基建项目工程造价的控制

Discussion on the Cost Control of Infrastructure Construction Projects in Colleges and Universities

高等院校的基建项目建设情况会在一定程度上影响到院校日后的运行发展。工程造价的控制始终是高校基建项目建设全过程中最为重要的工作内容之一,对于基建项目来说,在投资决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工结算等环节进行工程造价控制是非常重要的,会直接影响到基建工程的建设成本。基于此,本文尝试对院校基建项目工程造价控制进行探索分析,希望可以对今后我国高等院校的建设以及发展奠定经验基础。

The construction of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities will influence the operation and development of colleges and universities in the future.Project cost control is always one of the most important work contents in the whole process of university infrastructure construction project.It is very important to control the project cost in the aspects of investment decision-making,design,bidding,construction and final settlement,which will directly affect the construction cost of infrastructure projects.Based on this,this paper attempts to explore and analyze the cost control of university infrastructure projects,hoping to provide an empirical basis for the future construction and development of the colleges and universities in China.
