互联网发展差距对双边贸易成本的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Internet Development Gap on Bilateral Trade Cost

基于中国与“一带一路”沿线40个国家的相关数据,考察2007-2017年间互联网发展差距对双边贸易成本的影响。研究结果发现:双边贸易成本的变化情况较为平稳,没有出现突然递增或递减的现象;进一步的研究表明互联网发展差距越大,双边贸易成本越高,这说明提高互联网发展水平,缩小国家间的互联网发展差距有助于降低双边贸易成本;加大与沿线国家在互联网、铁路等基础建设方面的投资与合作,实现与这些国家设施的互联互通,打破信息流通不畅的局面,打通欧亚大陆贸易的陆路通道,提高贸易投资便利化水平,实现互利共赢。

Based on data from China and 40 countries along the“Belt and Road”,this article examines the impact of differences in Internet development on trade costs between 2007 and 2017 on bilateral trade costs was investigated.The results show that the bilateral trade costs are relatively stable,and there is no sudden increase or decrease.Further studies show that the greater the gap between the development of the Internet and the higher the cost of bilateral trade,The development gap between the two sides will help reduce bilateral trade costs,increase investment and cooperation in infrastructure construction such as the Internet and railways,along with the“one belt and one way”countries,achieving interconnection with these countries' facilities,breaking the situation of poor information circulation,and improving the level of trade and investment facilitation through the land passage of Eurasia's trade,and achieving mutual benefit and win-win.
