摘要
目的:通过观察荷叶提取物对酵母致热小鼠体温的影响,明确荷叶提取物的解热作用。方法:将40只雌性小鼠按随机数字表法分成四组,每组10只:空白组、模型组、布洛芬阳性对照组(1.15g/kg)和荷叶提取物组(2.40g/kg);使用背部皮下注射酵母混悬浮液法构建小鼠高热模型,空白组注射等量生理盐水;造模前后每隔两小时检测记录小鼠体温;造模后第10h给予对应药物干预治疗,模型组和空白组给予等剂量的生理盐水。结果:与空白组对比,造模组体温在造模后第4h明显下降(P<0.001),第10h造模组体温明显升高(P<0.001);给药治疗2h后,与模型组对比,阳性对照组和荷叶提取物组体温显著下降(P<0.001);给药治疗4h后,与空白组对比,阳性对照组和荷叶提取物组体温组间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:荷叶提取物能降低酵母致热小鼠模型的体温,有一定的临床推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of lotus leaf extract on the body temperature of mice with yeast-induced fever,so as to elucidate the mechanism of the antipyretic effect of lotus leaf extract.Methods:40 female mice were divided into four groups according to the random number table method,10 mice in each group:blank group,model group,ibuprofen positive control group(1.15g/kg)and lotus leaf extract group(2.40g/kg);The subcutaneous injection of yeast suspension method was used to construct a mouse hyperthermia model,and the blank group was injected with the same amount of normal saline;detected and recorded the mouse body temperature every two hours before and after modeling;given the corresponding drug intervention treatment at 10h after modeling.The model group and the blank group were given equal doses of normal saline.Results:Compared with the blank group,the body temperature of the model group decreased significantly at 4 hours after modeling(P<0.001),and the body temperature of the model group increased significantly at 10 hours(P<0.001);after 2 hours of drug treatment,it was compared with the model group,The body temperature of the positive control group and lotus leaf extract group decreased significantly(P<0.001);after 4 hours of treatment,compared with the blank group,there was no statistically significant difference between the positive control group and the lotus leaf extract body temperature group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lotus leaf extract can reduce the temperature of fevered mice induced by yeast,and has certain clinical promotion value.
