摘要
目的:探讨临床护理培训工作中,实施分层次规范化护理岗位技能培训的价值。方法:本院自2018年1月开始在对护理人员的培训中实施分层次规范化护理岗位技能培训,选择2017年1月至12月为实施前,2018年1月至12月为实施后,比较实施前后培训人员的操作技能评分及护理人员的满意度情况。结果:实施后护理人员操作技能评分为(96.12±2.25)分,显著高于实施前(92.15±3.51)分的评分(P<0.05);实施后护理人员对培训工作的满意度为97.18%,显著高于培训前87.14%的满意度(P<0.05)。结论:在对护理人员的培训中,实施分层次规范化护理岗位技能培训可取得满意的培训效果,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the value of standardized nursing skills training in different levels in clinical nursing training.Methods:Since January 2018,the hospital has carried out standardized nursing post skill training by levels in the training of nursing staff.Before and after the implementation of the training from January to December 2017,and after the implementation of the training from January to December 2018,the scores of operating skills and the satisfaction of nursing staff before and after the implementation were compared.Results:The operation skill score of nurses after implementation was(96.12±2.25),significantly higher than that before implementation(92.15±3.51)(P<0.05);the satisfaction of nurses after implementation was 97.18%,significantly higher than that before training(87.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the training of nursing staff,the implementation of standardized nursing skills training at different levels can achieve satisfactory training results,which is worth promoting.
