探讨痛风发病的地域特点

To Explore the Factors of Gout in Different Regions of China

痛风是由体内尿酸生成过多和(或)排泄减少引起的代谢性疾病,会造成患者骨关节炎、关节畸形、痛风石等。高尿酸血症被认为是引起痛风发病的主要原因,地域、饮食结构、生活方式等都会诱发痛风。我国幅员辽阔,地域文化差异大,饮食结构复杂,造成疾病在不同地区的发病率和发病因素的不同。本文就已有报道分析我国不同地区痛风的发病率和发病因素。

Gout is a metabolic disease caused by excessive uric acid production and/or reduced excretion in the body,which can cause osteoarthritis,joint deformity,and tophite in patients.Gout caused by hyperuricemia,which can be induced by location,diet and lifestyle.China’s vast territory,regional cultural differences,complex diet structure,resulting in the incidence of disease in different regions and the incidence of different factors.This paper reviews the research progress on the difference factors of gout in different regions of China.
