高校学生社团育人的路径和机制创新研究

Research on the Path and Mechanism Innovation of College Student Association Education

高校社团育人功能的发挥是大学人才培养的重要内容。提出了高校社团的内涵、类型与价值,分析了高校社团育人的基本功能,包括育人之思想、育人之行动、育人之经验;指出了当前高校社团育人存在的问题,包括育人成效不显著、发展路径不多元、机制创新不积极;研究了高校社团育人的多元路径,包括加强学校顶层设计与管理指导、完善内部管理、实施特色化品牌发展计划;探究了系统育人机制、持续投入机制、合理奖惩机制等社团育人创新机制。

The function of educating people in college associations is an important content of talent training in universities. The connotation,type and value of college community are put forward,and the basic functions of college community education are analyzed,including the idea of educating people,the actions of educating people,and the experience of educating people. The people’s effectiveness is not significant,the development path is not diversified,and the mechanism innovation is not positive.The diversified paths of college community education are studied,including strengthening the top-level design and management guidance of the school,improving internal management,and implementing a distinctive brand development plan. The innovation mechanisms of community education,such as systematic education mechanism,continuous investment mechanism,rational reward and punishment mechanism are also explored.
