摘要
新时代发展催生了新商科,对新商科人才培育目标、培育内容及培育模式均带来深远影响。在新商科背景下,法学专业校企协同育人体系落实了由单一需求和定向协作、平台互助和产教对接向共育共享和战略联动的演进,若想实现校企深度协作,新商科法学人才校企协同育人应基于完善育人实践平台、创新育人流程以及健全师资团队等方面努力。
The development of the new era has given birth to new business disciplines,which have a profound impact on the training objectives,content and model of new business talents. In the context of the new business discipline,the law-educated school-enterprise collaborative education system implements the evolution from a single demand and directional collaboration,platform mutual assistance,and production-education docking to co-educational sharing and strategic linkage. The collaborative education of talents,schools and enterprises should be based on efforts to improve the practice platform for education and innovate the education process,and improve the teaching team.
