基于“以学生为中心”理念的应用型本科高校学生管理模式研究

A Study on the Student Management Mode of Application-oriented Universities Based on the “Student-centered” Concept

随着教育改革的不断深化,我国应用型本科高校步入了创新发展的轨道,而且在培养应用型人才方面也取得了较好的成效,但个别应用型本科高校在开展学生管理方面仍然缺乏模式创新,制约了学生管理工作的开展。本文对应用型本科高校在开展学生管理方面如何更有效的落实"以学生为中心"理念进行了研究和探讨,在简要分析"以学生为中心"理念在应用型本科高校学生管理中的应用价值基础上,重点分析了"以学生为中心"理念下应用型本科高校学生管理存在的问题,并就如何创新学生管理模式提出对策。

With the deepening reform of education,applied undergraduate colleges and universities in our country into the orbit of the innovation and development,but also in training applied talents have achieved good results,but individual in applied undergraduate colleges student management mode innovation is still lacking,restricted the student management work. In this paper,the applied undergraduate colleges and universities in the aspect of students management how to more effectively implement the "student-centered"concept has carried on the research and discussion,in the brief analysis of"student-centered"concept in applied undergraduate colleges student management,the application of value based on the analyses the"student-centered"concept under the applied undergraduate colleges student management problems,and puts forward countermeasures on how to innovate the student management pattern.
