开展高校内部巡察工作的思考

Thoughts on Carrying out Internal Patrol Work in Colleges

巡视巡察是新党章赋予的重要职责,是强化党内监督的制度性安排。校内巡察是高校进一步夯实基层党组织管党治党政治责任的有力武器。在全面从严治党的形势下,对标中央及教育部的要求,高校纷纷开始探索试行校内巡察工作。本文认为,要使校内巡察发挥实效,需要认清校内巡察的意义所在,直面巡察过程中的一些困境,细化靠实巡察内容,关注重点问题,以推动巡察落地落实,从而促进高校各项事业的稳步健康发展。

Patrol inspection is an important duty given by the new party constitution,and the institutional arrangement to strengthen the supervision within the party. Campus inspection is a powerful weapon for colleges and universities to further consolidate the political responsibility of the primary Party organizations to manage the Party and run the Party. Under the situation of overall and strict administration of the Party,in response to the requirements of the Central Committee and the Ministry of Education,colleges and universities have begun to explore and try out the work of patrol inspection. This paper holds that in order to make the patrol work effectively,we need to recognize the significance of the patrol,face some difficulties in the process of patrol,refine the content of reliable patrol,pay attention to the key issues,so as to promote the steady and healthy development of various undertakings in colleges and universities.
