Experience Sharing of Imaging Examination Procedure and Infection Prevention and Control for COVID-19

影像检查是新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)诊疗过程中必不可少的重要环节,而规范的影像检查技术及感控工作是COVID-19病例筛查、早期诊断和疗效评价的有效保障。为规范密切接触者管理,指导公众和特定人群做好个人防护,严格特定场所消毒,有效遏制疫情扩散,减少COVID-19对公众健康造成的危害,我院总结相关传染病的影像学检查参考措施与经验,对全省COVID-19的影像学疫情防控培训任务进行展开。我们希望本文可有效抗击COVID-19疫情继续传播和扩散、降低放射科工作人员医院内感染风险,并能为更多医学影像科的防控工作提供参考。

Imaging examination is an indispensable and important part in the diagnosis and treatment of new coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and standardized imaging examination techniques and sensory control are effective guarantees for COVID-19 case screening,early diagnosis,and evaluation of efficacy.To regulate the novel coronavirus,guide the public and the specific group to do personal protection,strictly disinfect the specific places,effectively curb the spread of the epidemic situation,and reduce the harm to the public health caused by the new coronavirus infection,our hospital summarized the reference measures and experience of imaging examination of related infectious diseases,and carried out the training task of imaging epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 in the whole province.We hope that this novel coronavirus infection can effectively fight the transmit and spread of pneumonia,reduce the risk of infection in radiology staff,and provide a reference for the prevention and control of more medical imaging departments.
