应急留观病房规范化设计与医学装备配置研究

Study on Standardized Design and Medical Equipment Configuration of Emergency Observation Wards

目的为做好急性呼吸道传染病疫情防控,建设应急发热门诊留观病区,满足"六不出门"诊疗原则。方法在疫情防控期间快速反应,优化选址、设计、感控流线布局、工程施工和项目管理等,科学规划,医工结合,高效实施。结果通过20天的高效施工,建成了包括挂号、检验、检查、取药、治疗等在发热门诊内"一门式"完成的、功能完备的发热隔离病区。结论应急发热门诊留观病区的建成,有效缓解了发热患者的收治压力。

Objective Construction of emergency fever diagnosis and observation ward,to meet the“six do not go out”diagnosis and treatment principle of infectious diseases.Methods Quickly respond was performed during epidemic prevention and control firstly.Then,scientific planning,integration of medical and industrial,and efficient implementation was conducted on optimizing site selection,design,layout of sensing and control flow lines,engineering construction and project management,and so on.Results Through 20 days of efficient construction,a fully functional isolation ward for fever was built,including registration,inspection,inspection,medicine collection and treatment,which was completed in the fever clinic“one door”.Conclusion The completion of the emergency fever diagnosis and observation ward has effectively alleviated the pressure of epidemic prevention and control,screening and treatment of fever patients.
