基于多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在创伤性骨折中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨基于多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在创伤性骨折中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2018年10月至2019年2月收治的100例创伤性骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均行DR平片扫描、CT三维重建技术扫查,分析DR平片扫描、CT三维重建技术在创伤性骨折中的诊断价值。结果本组100例创伤性骨折患者,CT三维重建技术在髋关节骨折、膝关节骨折、肘关节骨折、Colles骨折、腕关节骨折、肱骨骨折、尺桡骨骨干双骨折、胫骨平台骨折及总阳性检出率均高于DR平片扫描,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT三维重建技术在胫腓骨骨折、股骨干骨折、踝关节骨折、髌骨骨折的阳性检出率与DR平片扫描比较差异无统计学意义。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建技术可从多方位、多角度为临床提供立体的骨折图像,可显著提升创伤性骨折阳性检出率,为临床手术方案的制定提供重要依据。 Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in traumatic fracture.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with traumatic fracture treated in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2019 were collected retrospectively.All patients were scanned with DR plain film,CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique and DR plain film scanning.The diagnostic value of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in traumatic fracture.Results The total positive rate of hip joint fracture,knee joint fracture,elbow fracture,Colles fracture,wrist fracture and humerus fracture,double fracture of ulna and radius shaft,fracture of tibia plateau and total positive rate of CT threedimensional reconstruction were significantly higher than those of DR plain film,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate between tibia and fibula fracture,thigh shaft fracture,ankle fracture and patella fracture compared with DR plain film scan.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique can provide stereoscopic fracture images from multiple directions and angles,can significantly improve the positive rate of traumatic fractures,and provide an important basis for the formulation of clinical surgical plans.
