化浊解毒汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction in treating chronic renal insufficiency

目的探讨临床应用化浊解毒汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的治疗效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月本院收治的140例慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组,各70例。两组患者均给予利尿、降压、降糖、纠正贫血及调节酸碱平衡等基础治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予化浊解毒汤治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率、中医症状积分、肾功能指标水平及不良反应现象。结果观察组临床治疗有效率优于对照组;治疗前两组中医症状积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组中医症状积分均有减少,观察组中医症状积分要低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的BUN、Scr、Ccr、UA水平比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组患者的BUN、Scr、Ccr、UA水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论化浊解毒汤治疗慢性肾功能不全患者能进一步提高临床疗效,明显改善患者中医症状及肾功能指标效果,安全性高,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction in treating chronic renal insufficiency.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,140 patients with chronic renal insufficiency treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given basic treatments such as diuretic,antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,anemia correction and acid-base balance adjustment.Patients in the observation group were given Huazhuo Jiedu decoction on the basis of this.TCM symptom score,renal function index level,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the TCM symptom score of the two groups before treatment.The TCM symptom score of the two groups were reduced after treatment,but the TCM symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The BUN,Scr,Ccr,and UA levels were not significantly different before treatment.The levels of BUN,Scr,Ccr,and UA in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients.Conclusion Huazhuo Jiedu decoction for chronic renal insufficiency can further improve the clinical efficacy,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and renal function indicators of patients,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
