白血病患者造血干细胞移植期间成分输血治疗的效果观察

Observation on the effect of component transfusion therapy during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in leukemia patients

目的分析白血病患者造血干细胞移植期间成分输血治疗的效果观察。方法选取2017年6月至2018年10月本院收治的白血病患者71例作为研究对象,主要分析注血小板之后血小板增高指数、血小板回声率和悬浮红细胞输注24 h后血红蛋白增加量,分析患者治疗效果。结果血小板输注时CCI、移植后、ABO血型相同有效率显著高于PPR、移植前、ABO血型不同患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);红细胞输注时移植前输注、ABO血型相同显著高于移植后、ABO血型不同情况,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论造血干细胞移植前后造血干细胞供受血型相符为影响移植悬浮红细胞和血小板的重要因素。

Objective To analyze the effect of component transfusion therapy during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in leukemia patients.Methods From June 2017 to October 2018,71 leukemia patients in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,mainly analyzing the platelet heightening index,platelet echo rate and the increase of hemoglobin 24 hours after the transfusion of suspended red blood cells,and analyzing the treatment effect of the patients.Results The effective rate of CCI,post-transplantation and ABO blood group was significantly higher than that of PPR,pre-transplant and ABO blood group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before transplantation,ABO blood group was injected during red blood cell transfusion.The same was significantly higher than the difference of ABO blood type after transplantation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hematopoietic stem cells before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are consistent with the blood type,which is an important factor affecting the transplantation of red blood cells and platelets.
