热毒宁注射液辅助治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效及对细胞因子的影响

The clinical effect and effect on cytokines of the assisted treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease with reduining injection

目的分析热毒宁注射液辅助治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效及对细胞因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的80例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上添加热毒宁注射液治疗,对比两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状改善时间及细胞因子水平。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿退热时间及皮疹消退时间分别为(2.60±1.34)d、(3.17±1.25)d,明显短于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组患儿TNF-α、CRP、IL-6分别为(1.14±0.75)μg/L、(1.25±0.86)mg/L、(2.33±1.15)μg/L,明显优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液辅助治疗手足口病患儿临床效果显著,可改善炎性细胞因子,缩短患儿退热及皮疹消退时间,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and effect of retoxic injection on cytokines in children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 80 children with HFMD admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin injection,and the study group was treated with retoxonine injection on the basis of the control group.Comparison of clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms and cytokine level between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.00%in study group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fevers and rash resolution time of children in the study group were(2.60±1.34)d and(3.17±1.25)d,respectively,which were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the study group were(1.14±0.75)μg/L,(1.25±0.86)mg/L and(2.33±1.15)μg/L,respectively,which were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Retoxonine injection is effective in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.It can improve the inflammatory cytokines and shorten the time of fever and skin rash.
