宫腔镜电切术联合地屈孕酮对子宫内膜息肉患者月经恢复及复发率的影响

Effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with dydrogesterone on recovery of menstruation and recurrence rate in patients with endometrial polyps

目的探讨宫腔镜电切术联合地屈孕酮对子宫内膜息肉(EP)患者月经恢复及复发率的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年11月本院收治的EP患者68例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组采取单一宫腔镜电切术治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜电切术联合地屈孕酮治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、月经恢复、复发率、经期和月经量情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显比对照组高,且复发率明显比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者月经恢复正常比例明显比对照组高,经期比对照组短,月经量明显比对照组多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对EP患者采取宫腔镜电切术联合地屈孕酮治疗,可有效促进患者月经恢复,降低复发率,临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with dydrogesterone on recovery of menstruation and recurrence rate in patients with endometrial polyps(EP).Methods 68 patients with EP in the hospital from February 2017 to November 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy and dydrogesterone.The clinical efficacy,recovery of menstruation,recurrence rate,menstrual period,menstrual blood volume were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The proportion of menstruation recovery in observation group was higher than that in control group,the menstrual period of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the menstrual blood volume in observation group was more than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with dydrogesterone in treatment of patients with EP can promote recovery of menstruation and decrease the recurrence rate,which has significant clinical efficacy.
