高频彩色多普勒超声在早期诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移中的价值分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的分析高频彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在早期诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移中的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月于本院行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者200例,所有患者术前均行高频彩色多普勒超声检查,术中留取标本并以病理检查结果为金标准,其中乳腺癌伴腋窝淋巴结转移患者116例为观察组,乳腺癌不伴腋窝淋巴结转移患者84例为对照组,评估高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌伴腋窝淋巴结转移的早期诊断价值。结果观察组患者皮质向心性生长、淋巴结内钙化灶、淋巴结横直径比值、淋巴结边界模糊的检出率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);观察组患者腋窝淋巴结以3级血流信号、周边型血流分布为主,而对照组患者以2级血流信号、门型血流分布为主,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CDFI对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移早期诊断的灵敏度为91.38%,特异度为78.57%,准确率为86.00%。结论对于乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移患者,CDFI的早期诊断价值较高。
