摘要 目的探讨品管圈活动的开展对急诊急性冠状动脉综合征患者入冠心病重症监护室(CCU)后抢救时间的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院急诊的114例急性冠状动脉综合征患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予品管圈活动,比较两组进入CCU后抢救时间及心功能指标[左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]。结果观察组患者的抢救时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后LVESD及LVEDD均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用品管圈护理干预模式对急诊急性冠状动脉综合征患者进行护理,可有效缩短患者进入CCU后的抢救时间,改善患者的心功能指标,提高治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the influence of quality control circle activities on the time of emergency treatment for acute coronary syndrome patients admitted to the coronary heart disease intensive care unit(CCU).Methods 114 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,57 cases each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group were given QTDC activities.The rescue time and cardiac function indexes[LVESD and LVEDD]after CCU were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,both LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care of acute coronary syndrome patients with acute coronary syndrome by using the quality control circle nursing intervention model can effectively shorten the rescue time of patients after entering CCU,improve the cardiac function index of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.
