中国辐射检测领域中的质量管理体系

Quality management system for radiation measurement in China

介绍了中国辐射检测领域的质量管理现状以及几种质量管理体系的认证认可情况;鉴于近年国内对于中国合格评定认可委员会组织的实验室认可的关注度的提高,从组织、文件控制、人员、环境、设施等几个方面简要介绍我国辐射检测实验室建立和运行满足CNAS实验室认可要求的质量管理体系的通用方法,以及辐射检测领域实验室质量管理所需要的特殊关注点;分析了辐射检测实验室质量管理面临的几个问题和对未来发展的展望。

The paper presented the current situation of quality management for radiation measurement and the certification and accreditation of several quality management systems in China.Due to the increasing attention paid to the laboratory accreditation organized by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS)in recent years in China,the paper briefly introduced the general methods used by China’s radiation measurement laboratory in the establishment and operation of the quality management systems which can meet the laboratory accreditation requirements of CNAS,and the special concerns for laboratory quality management in the field of radiation measurement,from the aspects of organization,document control,personnel,environment,facilities,etc.The paper also analyzed several problems faced by the quality management of the radiation measurement laboratory and presented the outlook for the development of radiation measurement laboratory.
