PDCA循环管理在重型颅脑损伤患者护理管理中的应用效果

Application of PDCA Cycle Management in Nursing Management of Patients with Severe Head Injury

目的分析PDCA循环管理在重型颅脑损伤患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年6月于该院收治的52例严重颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(26例)与对照组(26例)。对照组采取常规护理管理,观察组则采取PDCA循环管理。观察两组患者医院感染发生率以及预后情况的差异。结果观察组患者医院感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的预后明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理能够有效降低重型颅脑损伤患者医院感染发生率,同时改善患者的预后,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management in nursing management of patients with severe head injury.Methods Fifty-two patients with severe traumatic brain injury who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group(26 cases)and control group(26 cases).The control group adopted routine nursing management,and the observation group adopted PDCA cycle management.Observe the differences in the incidence of nosocomial infections and prognosis in the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the prognosis of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation management can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in patients with severe traumatic brain injury and improve the prognosis of patients.It is worth promoting and applying.
