持续质量改进在外科护理质量管理中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on the Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in Surgical Nursing Quality Management

目的对持续质量改进在外科护理质量管理中的应用效果进行分析探讨。方法此次将该院外科2018年7-12月的200例患者作为对照组研究的对象,采取常规护理质量管理方法;以2019年1-6月200例患者作为研究的观察对象,实施持续质量改进方法,对比两个阶段的护理质量管理指标。结果观察阶段在外科护理质量评分、体检满意度方面和对照阶段比较均显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理质量管理工作中,持续质量改进方法的应用效果显著,能够促进外科护理质量的提升,同时促进护理满意度的提高,进一步使外科护理质量管理水平得到有效提高,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement in surgical nursing quality management.Methods This time,200 patients in the hospital from July to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of the control group and the routine nursing quality management method was adopted;200 patients from January to June 2019 were used as the study observation subjects,implement continuous quality improvement methods,and compare the two stages of nursing quality management indicators.Results The observation stage was significantly higher in the quality of surgical nursing scores,physical examination satisfaction and the control stage(P<0.05).Conclusion In the quality management of surgical nursing,the application of continuous quality improvement method is significant,it can promote the improvement of surgical nursing quality,at the same time promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction,and further effectively improve the level of surgical nursing quality management,it is worth popularizing and applying.
