跌倒风险分级管理在神经内科开放病房防跌倒护理管理中的作用探讨

Discussion on the Role of Fall Risk Management in Fall Prevention Nursing Management in the Open Ward of Neurology

目的以神经内科开放病房防跌倒护理管理工作为基础,对在其中应用跌倒风险分级管理方法的作用效果进行分析探讨。方法该次收治该院神经内科患者一共200例,收治时间跨度为1年,即2018年2月-2019年1月,基于神经内科开放病房防跌倒护理管理工作中,随机分成两个不同的组别,对照组100例给予常规护理管理方法,观察组100例则渗透跌倒风险分级管理理念方法,进一步对两组护理管理效果进行分析探讨。结果观察组跌倒事件发生率的2.00%,与对照组的18.00%对比显著要低(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理总满意度的97.00%,与对照组的78.00%对比显著要高(P<0.05)。结论基于神经内科开放病房防跌倒护理管理工作过程中,渗透跌倒风险分级管理方法理念方法,能够促进跌倒事件发生率的降低,进一步使患者对护理管理工作的满意度得到有效提升;所以,具备推广及使用的价值。

Objective Based on the management of fall prevention care in the open ward of neurology,the effect and effect of the fall risk management method in it are analyzed.Methods A total of 200 neurological patients were admitted to the hospital this time.The treatment time span was 1 year,that is,February 2018 to January 2019.Based on the management of fall prevention care in the open ward of neurology,they were randomly divided into two different groups.In addition,100 patients in the control group were given routine nursing management methods,and 100 patients in the observation group were permeable to fall risk grading management concepts and methods to further analyze and discuss the nursing management effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of falls in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than the 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing management in the observation group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than the 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the fall prevention nursing management work in the open department of neurology,the method of osmotic fall risk grading management can promote the reduction of the incidence of falls and further improve the patient's satisfaction with the nursing management work,with the value of use.
