摘要
目的分析人本原理在康复科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月该院康复科护理人员16名为研究对象,进行人本原理下的护理管理。2017年4月-2018年4月康复科护理人员16名,进行常规管理,对比两种管理方式下护理质量以及护理中不良事件发生率。结果观察组管理方式下护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.443、4.805、3.443、4.775,P<0.05);观察组管理方式下护患纠纷、用药失误等不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.734,P<0.05)。结论在康复科护理管理中采用人本原理管理可有效提升护理质量,降低投诉等不良状况,有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic principle in nursing management of rehabilitation department.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,16 nursing staff in the rehabilitation department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the nursing management under the principle of humanism was mainly performed.From April 2017 to April 2018,16 nursing staff in the rehabilitation department were routinely managed,and the quality of care and the incidence of adverse events in nursing were compared between the two management methods.Results The nursing quality score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.443,4.805,3.443,4.775,P<0.05);adverse events such as nurse-patient disputes and medication errors in the observation group management mode,the incidence was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.734,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting humanistic management in nursing management of rehabilitation department can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the adverse conditions such as complaints,and has clinical application value.
