前瞻性的护理管理理念在消毒供应室护理中的运用

Application of Forward-looking Nursing Management Concept in Nursing of Disinfection Supply Room

目的消毒供应室护理中,将前瞻性的护理管理理念应用在其中,对应用效果进行研究分析。方法将该院在2018年1-10月期间,使用50件消毒物品的30例患者作为对照组,只通过常规管理理念进行护理,另外使用50件消毒物品的30例患者作为观察组,通过前瞻性的护理管理理念进行护理,对两组消毒物品的灭菌合格率、清洗合格率、包装合格率、发放合格率进行比较分析,对两组患者的护理总满意度以及院内感染的发生概率进行比较,分析前瞻性的护理管理理念的应用效果。结果观察组消毒物品的灭菌合格率、清洗合格率、包装合格率、发放合格率与对照组患者相比,更加优良,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度为96.7%(29/30),院内感染的发生概率为3.3%(1/30),对照组患者的护理总满意度为66.7%(20/30),院内感染的发生概率为33.3%(10/30),与对照组患者相比,更加优良,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在在消毒供应室护理过程中,应用过前瞻性的护理管理理念,消毒物品的各项合格率更高,患者的总满意度得到提高,院内感染的发生概率降低,值得推广以及应用。

Objective To apply the prospective nursing management concept in the disinfection supply room nursing,and analyze the application effect.Methods From January 2018 to October 2018,30 patients in our hospital using 50 sterilized items were used as a control group,and they were only nursed through conventional management concepts.Another 30 patients with 50 sterilized items were used as observation group,through the prospective nursing management concept to carry out nursing,compare and analyze the sterilization pass rate,cleaning pass rate,packaging pass rate,and delivery pass rate of the two groups of disinfection items,the total satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the hospital infection The probability of occurrence was compared,and the effect of the prospective nursing management concept was analyzed.Results The sterilization qualification rate,cleaning qualification rate,packaging qualification rate,and distribution qualification rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of nursing care was 96.7%(29/30),the incidence of nosocomial infection was 3.3%(1/30),the total satisfaction rate of nursing care patients was 66.7%(20/30),and the incidence of nosocomial infection was 33.3%(10/30),which was better than the patients in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing in the disinfection supply room,the prospective nursing management concept has been applied.The qualified rate of various disinfection items is higher,the overall satisfaction of patients is improved,and the probability of nosocomial infection is reduced.
