精细化护理管理在小儿急性支气管炎中的影响

Effect of Refined Nursing Management in Children with Acute Bronchitis

目的对小儿急性支气管炎患者应用精细化护理管理的临床效果进行探究。方法从该院2018年6月-2019年7月间收治的小儿支气管炎患者中选择160例参与该次研究,将所选患者平均分为两组,管理前设定为对照组,管理后设定为研究组,每组均为80例,对比管理前后两组患儿及家属的护理依从性和护理满意度。结果研究组患儿和家属的护理依从性、和护理满意度均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿支气管炎患儿实施精细化护理管理对提升患儿依从性和护理满意度具有一定效果,通过对护理人员进行管理可以显著提升患儿护理依从性和护理满意度,在对小儿急性支气管炎患儿应用精细化护理的同时,对护理人员进行必要的管理,可以起到良好的促进作用,具有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fine nursing management in children with acute bronchitis.Methods From June 2018 to July 2019 were choose 160 cases of infantile bronchitis patients to participate in this study,the selected patients divided into two groups,before the management set as control group,after the management set for the team,80 cases in each group,compared two groups of children and their families before and after the management of nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction.Results The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of children and their families in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing management for children with bronchitis in children has certain effects on improving children's compliance and nursing satisfaction.The management of nursing staff can significantly improve children's nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction.At the same time of applying refined nursing to children with inflammation,necessary management of nursing staff can play a good role in promoting,and it has significant clinical application value.
